FORD SELLS A PORTION OF ITS STAKE IN MAZDA; TWO COMPANIES WILL CONTINUE STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIP

Ford Motor Company said it will sell a portion of its ownership stake in Mazda Motor Corp., and the two companies will continue their successful strategic relationship. The ratio of Ford’s ownership of Mazda stock has been reduced from 33.4 percent to just over 13 percent.
The action is in line with Ford’s plan to strengthen its balance sheet and ensure it has the resources to fund its product-led transformation plan focusing on the Ford brand worldwide.
Under the new agreement, Ford and Mazda will continue their ongoing joint ventures, as well as the sharing of platforms and powertrains. Ford and Mazda’s nearly 30-year relationship has been and continues to be an effective way to utilize the resources of both organizations and maximize joint synergies.

2nd time at the new mazda dealer and once again the service was fantastic!huge difference from corey`s.i`m so glad mazda pulled the franchise from corey`s and gave it to matthews.these folks sure got custormer down right.no more dreading taking the car in for service.i hope mazda takes a que from these guys and show other dealers how it`s done.they got dave doing his magic on our cars.and it`s running great! thanks dave.if your in the s.tier this is the place to go.plus free oil change for new customer`s.ask for noel or tom you can`t go w

they finally pulled cory`s franchise and now matthews has it.had to be towed in the other day "rx8" go figure.anyway the difference in service was amazing!no blaming the customer,fast,coutreouse,and free oil change to welcome new customers!plus they wash the cars when done work.tom the service manager was great. they also brought dave over from cory`s.very good mechanic.they say a new broom always sweeps clean but i got a real good feeling about this place.stop in and check it out.plus remember free oil change.way to go matthews,welcome to mazda land.

cory`s northgate mazda binghamton n.y. service suck`s if your a mazda owner.only one mechanic for mazda!service mang.is just plain miserable.but there the only dealership for miles and they sure know it.

i have a mx-3 and i want to put a rotary engine in it... where would you say the best place in the south eat to buy a good engine and for them to put it in my car... or if u think it would be a bad idea then tell me why?
