I just purchased a 04 Rx8 sport 6 speed manual. I've been reading some forums and frankly, I got scared and not as enthuiastic about the car. All the threads about recalls on this and stuff breaking on that made me think twice about the car, then. Prior to SCCA I read about the weak trans. I figured if it breaks, I want it to break while doing something cool. I took it anyway and it handled very well! I even practiced drifting with the DSC off. This car likes to revv and I like the sound of the stock exhuast! It is going to be serviced for the slow, sluggish start and new battery...all under warranty (yea!!). I read somewhere about hot air blowing intermittedly when A/C on. Anybody has info on this problem? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Mahalo
