I am thinking about buying a new RX-8. There has been some discussion here about engine problems. Is this a production or engineering problem only associated with using synthetic oils? (I dont plan on using synthetic oil) Are the newer production engines being modified to overcome the problems? If I buy a new RX-8 off the dealer showroom today, could I be still getting a problem engine? I dont need a new car today. Would it be best to order one from the factory instead of buying one out of the showroom? |
