well I've had my RX-8 (automatic) for about 2 years... I've learned to accept the fact that my car has NO torque... but recently i've started having RANDOM problems... like after being stuck in stop and go traffic for 20 minutes... I will get to a break away and everything seems fine but then when I get to my neighborhood and turn in to pull up to the stop sign, my car starts sputtering.. it has even shut off on me once. I change the oil, I use high octane gas.. a friend suggested changed the fuel filter(if there is one)... Anyone ever have this problem? Any ideas? oh yeah I also have a wierd problem with the thermostat.. after driving in A/C for twenty minutes, vents started blowing out HOT air!.. I had to turn the dial to hot and then back to cool to remind it of it's job... then it returned to cool air immediately... SPOOKY?!!
