Thats a good question. I've complained about the poor quality of workmanship of the car and there is no response. I've complained that I've never gotten anything close to the MPG listed on the sale tag and I'm basically ignored. I call that false advertising. If the car really only gets 13 or less MPG then it should not be listed at a car getting 18 to 24 MPG. I'm not sure how the reviewers of this car come up with positive reviews, but I can say I've owned several sport cars and have never been so disappointed. I've owned this car for five months an its been in the shop over ten times. I don't drive it anymore, as I'm just too busy to drive somthing I can't rely on and further with the price of gas I've found my 96 "Mustang GT", yes 4.6 liter...gets double the MPG that I've ever seen out of the RX8. I've only driven it 10,000 miles and its been in the shop more than my Mustang, Nissan or any other car I can think of that I've owned. What is Maxda's response...I'm sorry your having a hard time. Fix the car thats all I want.....

yeah, i just tried to get help from mazda USA and they said to sue them under the lemon Law if I wanted any additional help. The local dealer may help with more than repairs but I have blown 2, count 'em two, rotary engines in 27,000 miles. Under warranty mind you. I take perfect care; only use 93 octane; no cheap gas; keep track of EVERY transaction, thank god I bought the extra warranties. . . The car's been in the shop eleven times!! It seems Mazda may only understand legalese. Buyer beware.
