Rear engine rotary

I have an interst in rotary and an interest in the volkswagen car the karmann ghia, and I was wondering if anyone had put rotary engine in the rear engine configuration. Any input would be greatl appreciated.

You could use your existing transaxel, and use a Kennedy Engineering Adapter plate to mount the rotary... See Their website

Next up would be how to cool the water cooled engine, where to mount the radiator, and oil coolers... It can be done, just lots a work
