I only run synthetic oil in rotary engines with the oil injection pump sealed off from engines oil, and the pump taking oil from an external tank filled with suitable apex-lubricating-oil, preferably Omega-767, or a mix of mineral oil and 2-stroke oil.

my oil injection pump quit a long time ago, I mix 2 cycle oil in with the gas 100 to 1 mix. I havent had any problems so far, whats every ones take on that? !@#?!
